A BT plus univerzális dübel csavarral a gipszkarton lapok legnagyobb terhelését éri el. Ugyanakkor a BT univerzálisan használható 10–70 mm vastagságú lemezekhez. Nincs szükség további beállító eszközre. A stabil fémrész a tábla mögötti szabad térben mozog (min. 51 mm). A BT visszahúzásával és a műanyag alátét egyidejű becsúsztatásával a furatba a dübel fel van felszerelve. A maradék műanyag lábakat törjük le az utasítás szerint. Most egy metrikus csavarral rögzíthetünk a tábla mögötti fém rész belső menetébe. A BT plus M4-M6 egy metrikus fejű csavart tartalmaz PZ2 meghajtóval / nyílással, a BT plus M8 pedig egy metrikus SW13 csavarral.
